    
ELISA kit for
quantitation of Mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgM:
This double sandwich ELISA utilizes polyclonal anti-mouse IgG antiserun
as a capture antibody and peroxidase-conjugated affinity purified
anti-mouse antiserum as the detecting antibody. Murine myeloma IgG1,
IgG2a, IgG2b and IgM proteins are used in calibration standards.

Monitoring of mouse Ig
level in sera of patients inoculated with murine monoclonal
antibodies since no significant interference of normal human serum
with the kit's performance was detected. |

Contra-indications :
|
This kit cannot be used
for quantitation of one subclass of murine Ig in the presence of
other subclasses of murine Ig such as in unfractioned mouse serum.
In such situations, concentration of a particular Ig sublclass would
be overestimated due to the additive effect of two or more binding
antibodies. |
