ERFA is a pharmaceutical company with 5 main activities:

	Toll manufacturing of pharmaceutical products

	World-wide marketing of pharmaceutical products
	Customer's forecasting support in terms of sales and production
	Packaging

The Mission of Erfa Canada Inc. is to ensure the commercialization, fabrication and distribution of diverse Pharmaceuticals products throughout Canada by its acquisitions and in-licensing agreements with renowned International pharmaceutical companies. It is specialized in manufacturing and distribution of orphan drugs.

The company is also actively involved in the development and sales of more than 66 types of monoclonal antibodies used in the area of Research and Development as well as Biotech products targeting Cardiovascular imaging.

All production stages, from ordering and purchase of the raw materials to the dispatch of the finished goods, are controlled and managed by FUTURCAST and MAPICS.
		The MRP system guarantees that all activities are scheduled on time and that quality standards are met in the most cost-effective way. MAPICS guarantees traceability for all raw materials and packaging materials. FUTURCAST provides forecast, which are introduced into MAPICS. Both systems are Y2K compliant. ERFA adapts this software since 1984 in order to comply with all its needs. This reflects our goal of integrating total quality management in our operations.
ERFA manufactures and packages of over 100 different molecules and more than 200 different Stock Keeping Units (SKU's), of which 60% are exported, mainly within Europe.
