Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping and handling expenses are charged to the client. TERMS OF PAYMENTInvoices are payable 1%-10 net 30 days from date of invoice. RETURN POLICYIncomplete shipments / Damaged goods during transit. Any claim pertaining to incomplete shipments, damage or loss in transit must be clearly recorded on the delivery slip of the shipping company at the time the goods are received otherwise no claim will be considered. All claims must be filed within five (5) business days of the delivery date by contacting a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-922-3133. RETURN PROCEDUREA return form must be completed and included in the shipment. Please contact our offices to obtain the form. Credit will not be issued for: Opened or partially used packages
Products damaged by water, fire or shoplifting (these should be covered by your own insurance plan)
Product damaged by improper storage or exposure to temperature outside our specifications.
Goods involved in bankruptcy or other distressed merchandise.
ERFA Canada reserves the right to destroy returned merchandise including goods not eligible for credit. |
